Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (scope, fees, term). Nothing on this site — including the free scan — creates a client relationship by itself.

3. The free scan

The scan is provided as-is, free of charge, based on publicly observable information at the time it is run. AI systems change frequently; findings are a snapshot, not a guarantee.

4. Intellectual property

Site content is ours (or licensed to us). You may share and quote it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

5. Liability
